I acknowledge that a training program set by Beyond Limits Run Coaching involved strenuous activity and involves fatigue and stress to the body, including heart, lungs, muscles and bones. I have approval from my General Practitioner. Its necessary to have a physical exam by a physician before beginning any strenuous exercise program.
